During the training, our mentors grade our SDR's on:
Attitude - Do they work well on a team? How well do they implement coaching? Are they curious? Do they have the resilience needed for a SDR role?
Aptitude - How well do they learn? How quickly can they ramp up? Can they run a discovery call? Sales meeting? Can they manage a CRM?
Accountability - How well do they communicate and respond? How quickly do they master and tackle projects? Are they able to represent a partner company in a professional manner?
Ambition - Do they have the drive to hit quota? How willing are they to advance and grow with a partner company?
